FAQs:
How long does it take to get a sign?
It depends on the size and complication. Banners
are quickest with a 24 hour turnaround plus
shipping; large channel letters reading a long
name can take two to three weeks after
procurement of City permit.
What is the best kind of sign for my
business?
This is often governed by Landlord Criteria or
City Code. We can take a photograph of your
business frontage and superimpose on a computer
program, various styles of signage to suit your
type of business, location and proximity to
passing traffic and pedestrians.
Do I need a lighted sign?
Location, store hours and type of business
indicate whether a sign should be illuminated or
not. Personal preference plays a role too.
Signs are expensive arent they?
According to the U.S. Small Business
Administrations Bulletin signs are
the most effective, least expensive form of
advertising for the small business. They
give your customer the most important, first
impression of your business and advertise 24
hours a day, 52 weeks a year.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we can accept Visa and MasterCard for most
signs. Larger signs can be placed on a leasing
program or stage payments can be accepted subject
to satisfactory credit application.
How should I choose a sign company?
First, ensure the contractor is licensed and
insured. The Contractors State License
Board (www.cslb.ca.org) can confirm licensing; a
copy of a Liability and Workers
Compensation insurance certificate should be
obtained prior to installation. Secondly, choose
an established business that is a manufacturing
facility, can give you references and show you
past work.
